RETURN, EXCHANGES, WARRANTY, AND/OR REPAIR POLICY:
 

At Accurate Digital, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our return, exchange, warranty, and repair policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience.

 

Returns:

  • Most products available at Accurate Digital are eligible for return, provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and items in new and unused condition.

  • All repaired items come with a 30-day warranty.
     

Initiating a Return:
 

  • To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of receiving the product. This RMA# must be clearly labeled on the package when shipping the return.

  • Items returned without an RMA number are not eligible for refund or exchange and may be subject to a processing fee.

  • Once an RMA number is issued, it is valid for 14 days.
     

RMA/Return Process:
 

  1. Schedule a discussion with a support agent to discuss your return request.

  2. Fill out the form provided by the support agent to start your RMA process.
     

Limited Warranty:

  • Our limited warranty does not apply to products subjected to physical damage after purchase, including mishandling during shipping or improper installation.

  • Detailed warranty terms and exclusions are available on our website.
     

International Orders:
 

  • International orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless due to an error on our part.

 

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Specialist to request an RMA # and receive detailed return instructions.

  2. Clearly label the package with the RMA# and return it to the specified address.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an Accurate Digital error.

 

Broken, Defective, Missing Items:

  • Any damages, defects, or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • Prepaid return shipping labels are provided for broken or defective items.

 

Restocking Fees:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Additional fees may apply for items returned in damaged or non-original condition.
     

Non-Returnable Products:
 

  • Some products, such as custom items or clearance marked items, may not be eligible for return or refund.

 

Exchanges:

  • Items eligible for return can also be exchanged for a different product.
